Where to Eat on Quadra Island

Heriot Bay Inn

Conveniently located in Heriot Bay just a few minutes away from Quadra Island Kayaks…. This is an ideal spot for dinner reservations after your day of kayaking on the water. Recently purchased by a community cooperative, this historical hub has gotten a new injection of energy and fresh life. Regular events happen throughout the week and music plays on Friday evenings in the pub. You can order food in the pub and also at ‘Heron’s’ their up-scale dining restaurant.

Kameleon Food & Drink

This is a great little restaurant at the ‘mall’ in Quathiaski Cove. I highly recommend their Heuvos Rancheros for breakfast, and the Buddha Burger is world famous. This is seriously fun and healthy food. The side salad that come with the entree has an awesome dressing so good that you may just want to order a big salad as your main course so you get to eat MORE of it! Open for breakfast and lunch Tues – Saturday and dinner on Fridays. Gluten-Free Friendly, Kid Friendly, Vegan Friendly. Free Wi-Fi.

April Point Resort Restaurant and Resort

With a dining room overlooking the Discovery Passage, this is the place to go for awesome sunset views. The restaurant has excellent food and there is a great sushi bar!

Lovin' Oven II

This is the home of great pizzas with tonnes of interesting toppings: like cranberry, walnut and goat cheese yum! AND THEY DELIVER!!! $5 to pretty much anywhere you may be staying. Now that is a great deal! They bake awesome breads and their desserts are quite fantastic too.

The Landing Pub

This is a classy little pub very close to the ferry in Quathiaski Cove. You can sit on the deck with a cool drink and watch your ferry arrive! Food is classic pub fare.

Tsa-Kwa-Luten Lodge

Tsa-Kwa-Luten has an elegant dining room with spectacular ocean and mountain views. The deck is quite lovely in the summer and there is always the chance of spotting whales coming down the Discovery Passage while you are there! The restaurant is famous for westcoast seafood dishes and there is unique First Nations flare on the menu. Certainly worth a visit… just make sure you make reservations first!

"Our two day trip with you exceeded our expectations from every angle. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and a great cook! The scenery and unexpected bonuses like kayaking near dolphins, phosphorescence and sea life spotting were magical! We're already thinking about coming back."

Michelle Cederberg

"The guides, the buffet lunch, not to mention being surrounded by the dolphins.....the highlight of our trip to Vancouver Island."
